Top Ten Tuesday

Dani over at Entertaining Interests told me about a fun weekly meme -- Top Ten Tuesday. Each week, the girls at The Broke and the Bookish, will post a topic for a top ten list.

Top Ten Tuesday topic for this week:
Top Ten Books That Should Be In Your Beach Bag or That Will Be In your Beach Bag This Summer....

Delirium by Lauren Oliver
Starcrossed by Josephine Angelini
If I Stay by Gayle Forman
Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins
Forever Too Far by Abbi Glines
Landry Park by Bethany Hagen
The Art of Falling by Jenny Kaczorowski
The Forest of Hands and Teeth by Carrie Ryan
Scarlet by Marissa Meyer
Paper Towns by John Green

(On a side note, I'm adding The Fault in our Stars by John Green to the list - I've read this already and loved it, even though it crushed my soul, but I will read it again, because it's that amazing.)

What books will be in your bag this summer? Any books you're dying to get your hands on?

  1. I also have Scarlet on my list! :) I loved Mockinjay! The Forest of Hands and Teeth was ok, not the best, not the worst but I'm still interested in reading the sequel. Enjoy your books! :)

  2. Every time I see Josephine Angelini it makes me think Angelina Jolie. Stop it, brain! I should read Scarlet this summer - it seems like the perfect, light book and I need to get going on that series.

  3. I don't like the words "crush my soul" because I've been saying I won't watch the movie unless the MC goes into remission. It doesn't sound like she goes into remission. *laugh and then frown*

  4. Hmm, I have a lot on my summer list! Perfectly Messy, (Once) Again, Road to Somewhere, Unexpectedly You, That Time I Joined the Circus! Those are the first that come to mind. :)

  5. Great picks! Landry Park sounds really good, though I haven't heard the best reviews of it. I may have to read it still though. Mockingjay is so good, though I liked Catching Fire even better.
