Celebrations:
- Girls night out this weekend. A lot of the time, I decline, because I'm a home-body and like to be with my family, but I know it's important to hang out with friends and decompress, too.
- I finally started Mina Lobo's That Fatal Kiss. I won this book the end of Sept, but haven't been able to delve in until this week. I'm totally digging it so far...and Hades.... *shivers* .... yeah. :D
- Yesterday, my sis gifted me with the ebook Hold on Tight. It was such a nice surprise!
Good for you for showing up at girls night out.
ReplyDeleteI'm a home-body too but getting out is always a good time... if I want to pull myself together to go out, that is.
ReplyDeleteHave a great night out!
ReplyDeleteI bet you're going to love Mina's book. I can't wait to read that book too. Enjoy your weekend!! (:
ReplyDeleteIt's good to get out with friends, although I'll admit to being a homebody as well.
ReplyDeleteBalance is key. Family time is so important, but getting out with friends is too. Home is where the heart is - most of the time, it's the best place there is, at least for me.
ReplyDeleteHope girls night was good! I'm just about to go out to one myself.
ReplyDeleteHope your girls night was a good one!
ReplyDeleteThere's nothing nicer than a girl's night out. I'm going on one tomorrow and I can't wait! Yay for nightstand worthy books-- That Fatal Kiss and the one from your sister. Cool! :-)
ReplyDeleteI have a tendency to be a homebody too :-/ Usually I leave the house kicking and screaming when I'm convinced to go do something, but I almost always am happy I went. You'd think I'd remember that the next time I get invited out. But I don't :) Hope you're girls night out was fun!
