Express Yourself: What are you reading?

It's time for Express Yourself weekly meme.

For the topic this week, Dani @Entertaining Interests and I would like to know:

What are you reading? It can be anything you'd like to share, from novels, to manuscripts, to food labels.

I'm reading/critiquing a fab manuscript by one of my critique partners.

I'm reading:
World War Z by Max Brooks and You Are Mine by Janeal Falor.

And, I'm getting ready to read an ARC from one of my CP's -- Triangles by Kimberly Ann Miller. It is so cool to hold this amazing book in my hands!

Join in on the fun and sign up below. Then, share with us what you're reading.

  1. I really like You Are Mine. Just finished it about a week ago. I don't read much fantasy, but books like that make me want to read more.

  2. You have lots on your reading plate! I'm working my way through two books. I like to have one self-help/craft type book going on and then another fun reading. My fun reading is The Burgess Boys by Elizabeth Strout. So far, very good.

    1. That's a good idea to read self-help/craft books continually. I need to read some craft ones for this summer to keep the boys busy. :)

  4. I haven't read the first two. And you're Kimmy's CP? Wow. It's always so interesting to see who CPs who ;)

As to my reading: I'm going to be hitting a few MGs from my pile this week (not sure which ones yet), since I just finished up EVER by Jessa Russo and WILDES FIRE by Krystal Wade. Oh and DOGNAPPED? by Clancy ;)

  7. Thanks for the shout out, Jackie! One thing I do now that I never did before is read the acknowledgements in books - it's very interesting to see who gets mentioned as friend, CP, beta, agent, editor, etc!
